We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were stunning. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and ample parking.

Nothing to fault.

We just had an amazing time staying in a beautiful location surrounded by the most picturesque gardens I've ever seen. I loved the fact that the hotel is very close to several attractions that we were interested in visiting. The national park was just a 30-minute drive and the Valle del Encanto was another great recommendation that we thoroughly enjoyed. The horseback riding was so much fun and was an added bonus to our stay.

The breakfast lacked imagination and was not up to our expectations. I would have loved to see more options for local cuisine that would have definitely complemented the whole experience.
